CAT B

CAT A+
If you are a landlord looking to attract new tenants with a ‘plug and play’ solution then a CATA+ space is an option that should be considered. With this type of fitout your future tenants can move into the space quickly and therefore reducing your vacancy rate and in many instances a premium can be applied to the rent rate.

CAT A
As a landlord you may opt for a simple Category A space, providing prospective tenants with a ‘blank canvas’ ready to make their new home. Under a CAT A we will transform the space to an appropriate standard that includes raised access flooring, suspended ceilings, basic internal finishes and basic mechanical and electrical infrastructure.

Strip out + Deconstruct
We undertake full strip outs of non-structural elements. From ceiling tiles and carpets to internal glass partitions and tea points. Our team will carefully dismantle and remove from site in preparation for the construction stage. Further to this Fitout + Build London can undertake structural alterations, temporary works and enabling works if required by the landlord or tenant.

Light Refurbishment
From re-locating partitions and re-routing air condition to installing new tea points and toilets we provide smaller scale solutions for your business. We will work with you to create the look that is required. From the initial concept to the final execution our team will produce a high standard finish and can even undertake the construction works out of working hours to avoid any disruption to your staff.

Dilapidations
We work alongside landlord and tenants that require their space to be restored back to its original pre-lease condition. Upon completion we conduct a thorough handover ensuring all aspects of the project meet the required expectations of both the landlord and the tenant. This helps to minimise potential disputes and ensures a smooth transition for all parties involved.
